They find it difficult to keep up with Running sushi so the tape is partly empty. The quality is declining
Absolutely disgracefull dinner and customerservice experience with dull tasting, overprized food. Will never go back here. My 14 yo and I went here for her first ever RunningSushi experience, as its the only RS restaurant around here. We arrived at 19pm (on a friday evening , and got located at one of the first tables, right where the belt comes out. I thought this was great, as I wanted to give my daughter the experience of all the great sushirolls passing by us. For the first 20 25 minuts, the cold belt had a total variety of approximately: 4 different types of futomaki 4 different types of uramaki and 3 different types of nigiri The hot belt had a total of about 10 different types of dishes, at least 3 of these being something potato (fries, hasbrowns etc. In my most honest opinion, based on a solid variety of worldwide RS dinner experiences at prices ranging from top to bottom this was an incredibly poor selection. Furthermore, we pulled out 3 plates of fresh fruit, because we spotted black hairs on them, and thought it would be disgusting for them to stay on the belt. Around 19.25, the belt started going more and more empty, with big gaps and the same dishes going around again and again including melted ice cream deserts, dried up ketchup on fries and an infinite number of plates with sliced up oranges. At 19.40, as the belt was now less than half full, I asked the worked out waiter if they wouldnt be filling it up with new dishes. She looked at me and hissed that they obviously wouldnt be filling it up or even adding to it, as they didnt have any new customers coming in, so it would be a waste for them if they had to throw it out by closing time. We got up and left after that. At the check out, I requested to speak to the manager. I told them I didnt want to pay full price for a half empty belt. The manager highly unprofessionally pushed her own responsibility in this completely away. She told me I could have just requested something if I wanted it not acknowledging that my obvious and most self assured request and expectation from even coming there was the experience of a full belt. She relentlessly continued to hold me accountable for the completely deficient dinning experience, that her restaurant had delievered and she charged me every single penny of the skyhigh price, that could have bought me and my daughter a near gourmet experience in one of the areas finer sushi restaurants. As a passionate sushilover and quality minded customer, I am deeply disappointed by this absolutely incompetent restaurant experience. I will never be going here again, just as I wont ever recommend this restaurant to anybody ever again friend or foe. On the contrary, I will very actively be telling people to put their money somewhere else and I will gladly advice anyone who might need it, to much, much better sushi dining experiences in the area.
Was there for the buffet as part of a larger group. Buffet is good with lot's to choose from. I'm more into their sushi, which looks nice and seem fresh. Even we were a large group serving of drinks was smooth and fast. Staff is Asian but do speak Danish
Very stylish restaurant, with delicious running sushi in the outskirts of Viborg. 'Ordinary ' sushi and small warm dishes (soup, meat).
