Presto Pizza - Viarmes

Normally at the top but big problems for two or three orders. Iron plate left at the bottom of the pizza, delay (1h15) in delivery. Really a shame since the pizzas are good. On the other hand, the bell rings at my house at 10:30 p.m. to collect the plates, a good two hours after the order was placed, without any excuse either, even though I am very nice to have called back to see for myself.

Order placed at 8:17 p.m., we are told 45 minutes for delivery. Having no news, we tried to contact the pizzeria 10 times with no response or response from them. The delivery man arrives at 10 p.m., so we refuse delivery. The manager calls us threatening and unpleasant, even calling us a liar even though the call logs are proof of his bad faith... Unacceptable!!!

Incredible lack of professionalism. -Order arrived after almost 1h30 instead of 45 minutes announced on the phone. -CB machine absent despite our request. -2 senior pizzas were not good ones. After calling, he sent us back the 2 good pizzas, but junior instead of senior!!!

It is no longer Pizza Pro, but Urban Burger who also makes very good Tacos.

Pro pizza too good!! But where did the former owner go?
