Excellent We have returned home from a week in Viareggio, where we went to this Excellent venue every evening The staff were lovely and efficient made us feel very welcome The music was great, involving everyone great atmosphere The selection of food and drinks really good Must visit if in this area would highly recommend

We always look for places that locals eat and this is one of those places. If locals eat there you know the food is good and typically reasonable and this was no exception! We had a great dinner of fish, roasted vegetables, and drinks. The atmosphere was amazing sitting outside on the boardwalk with a light breeze, people out for an evening stroll. And you know you are in Italy because there is never a rush to turn a table. They want you to sit and enjoy your meal.

On first view this looks like a fun place to visit. It’s got a lively feel. However, first impressions are quickly dispelled. Although the menu is interesting, but not adventurous, the main letdown is the dreadful service. The staff seem to wander around from table to table with no real organisation. There appears to be a few experienced staff, but there are not enough to cope with the number of customers. The less experienced staff don’t seem to have focus and not a lot of knowledge of either the menu or even the table locations. Once the meal and drinks have been delivered, customer focus totally evaporates. There is no checking in on the food, no upselling of drinks or further food and getting the bill is an absolute ordeal. On a more positive note the food is quite good, but it’s a shame that the staff are so inattentive. On a final note, some parts of the restaurant are outrageously dark! On

A rest stop apart from the usual intrusive doves jumping on the tables. More than good fruit aperitif “ seasoned” with tasty appetizers sprinkled in a bowl of lashes. Positive notes also for service, celery and courteous . In short, cosy place, well indicated for a stop on the long avenue at sea viareggino . Mauro

Local certainly trendy on the promenade of Viareggio, Sunday evening in mid-September was the only strap, surely live music helps a lot in this sense. Good ones. For the rest because of this crowding the service is not very fast or very precise, and you can understand and what you eat is on average, as well as prices, in line with the location where you are.
