In the heart of Udine, in the center of Via Poscolle, a brand new refined and quality venue. Chef Gigi offered us an appetizer of very fresh fish and Venetian-style sardines... all fresh and of the highest quality. Followed by a seafood risotto which I would place among one of the best I have ever been served. Here there is no real menu, you eat based on what the chef has purchased freshly that day. Popular prices... absolutely for everyone. Few seats, the place is very intimate, open as long as there are people at night... hence the name STAFFA.... Recommended

Very rude staff, we didn't have any food, the very heavy risotto remained on our stomachs, rating 0, they no longer wanted to give us a table after waiting 15 minutes for it to be free and we ate standing at the counter...absurd...
