Buonissimo Kebab Pizza 2

Unfortunately, my visit to this venue in Udine was a complete disappointment. Even though we were the only customers (me and 5 other friends) the attendant was incredibly hasty, not even allowing us time to make a considered choice. I ordered a kebab without tomatoes and without spicy, but the result was completely different: spicy and with tomatoes. When I politely asked for a correction, the clerk was extremely rude and refused to exchange it, even though the mistake was his. Furthermore, he continued to suggest that I should swap him with someone else, even though the others were already halfway through their meal. Never met such an unpleasant and rude kebab shop. The place doesn't even have a bathroom, and considering that there are rooms and seats, this is a significant lack. Overall, the experience did not live up to expectations, and the kebab, unfortunately, is nothing exceptional. I would like to add that this was not my first disappointing experience at this venue. In the past, I have encountered hygiene problems, such as the presence of hair inside the stuff displayed in the window. The cleanliness of the venue is generally poor, further compromising the overall experience. A place to absolutely avoid if you are looking for a clean and hygienic environment and properly prepared food. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
