Exciting! We went for lunch with friends. The place is very nice, with attention to detail and very clean. Reading the menu you perceive that there is a particular research in the proposal. For each dish we recommend a craft beer or a gin (100 labels and what bottles! , for those who love the classic there is no shortage of wine or bubbles. Given the premises, expectations were very high, and as diners who appreciate eating and drinking well, we threw down the gauntlet to the Chef and decided to try a revisited carbonara. For me, carbonara is a sacred dish (you can't touch it, it's perfect as it is . When the dish arrived, it was already perfect to look at and smell, with an incredible creaminess.
