One of the best Italian resto in the heart of Vevey

Molino offers a decent selection of vegan pasta, pizza and start. we liked the spaghetti napoli and penne all’arrabiata, which in our case were perfect al dente. the pizza marinara is very economical, but, and even a veganized pizza vegetariana (only omit mozzarella) is not so great. verdure al forno are more of a starter. overall the price/performance ratio is in the green, especially in the Pasta department.

Very busy when I arrived. When it got quieter the service was excellent and the food was great and not overly expensive. Would go again.

Two of us had pizza and one had gnocchi. Superb best pizza we've ever had in Switzerland and can't fault the gnocchi either. Such efficient and friendly service. We've eaten there before and we'll certainly eat there again soon.
