Dairy Queen Grill Chill

If I could give no stars I would. My family and I went out for ice cream. I placed everyone’s order. When I came to mine, I simply ask for “m&m’s” on my parfait instead of the peanuts because I was allergic. The lady told me that they couldn’t replace the peanuts with m&m’s because it was a “personal problem.” I told her, “ma’am I get this all the time”. Her replies, “well you won’t be getting it tonight while I am here.” I was upset, but remained calm. I gathered my family, and we left. I got on the expressway and drove 15 minutes to Fairburn Rd. Even though it was further away from my home, the service there made the drive worth it.

I had actually not been eating here for a while. This year changed all that. The hamburgers taste like one should. It's not that flat, tasteless mess from others. My new burger joint. Of course you know the ice cream is the best.Parking: Enough for all

This DQ, is one of the best that I've visited.Food is always hot and delicious.Plus.... they never have messed up my order.Kid-friendliness: Great place to get a blizzard and or ice cream cone.Yummy

There was nut “cum” in my blizzard and it isn’t a turtle pecan and it’s just nuts. Salty cum blizzard and I didn’t like it.

Crystal has been very patiient with us when taking our order. She has always been so nice and professional. When ordering, we don't always give our order clearly and she gets it right. Great customer service!
