Crestline Bagel Company - Vestavia

I'm not sure why I gave this place so many opportunities. Probably based on the other good reviews here, but I am consistently disappointed. Or maybe the time of the day I come. At any rate they are very slow, the staff is sometimes rude, but usually apathetic. The bagels are okay, but they? re stingy with the cream cheese. The area to wait in the line is so fast and you end up in a corner or outside, or stand in the door until one of the employees cries to you to close it. So basically you wait long to be disappointed. I guess I will come back after a while and try to hope again that I have a better experience because I really love a good bagel and cream cheese (many of them).

Very good muffins, pumpkin and German apple. But I think they should take names with orders. I ordered an ice cream coffee and it was taken by two others and I had to wait 20 minutes to get my drink. The lady at the counter was very helpful after I told her my problem and kept my drink for me what was super nice of her!

Such low-quality foods. I ordered the roasted vegetable sandwich. It's not a foccacia bread. In addition, there were hardly any veggies in my sandwich. It was so bad.

Great food, but not order online. You've screwed my order several times and you haven't given any excuses. You also do not answer the phone, so forget to ask for a refund. Love their vanes and all bagels!

Stopped in here on our way through town, small deviation off the highway but worth it. The ordering process was efficient, plenty of staff, not too crowded for 9:30 on a Sunday. The egg sandwiches were great. The bagels were fresh, they had a good chew to them but still soft on the inside. Prices were good and overall a good place. I'm glad we stopped in. The inside of the restaurant looked nice and clean, lots of seating. Everyone was pleasant and friendly, would recommend.
