Jack's - Vestavia Hills

The new chicken nuggets are fantastic! They are well-seasoned and have a good amount of meat. I think they deserve more promotion.

While the restaurant presents itself nicely, the quality of the experience falls short. I've visited this location twice since its renovation, and unfortunately, the service has been quite poor. The food did not meet expectations; the fries were cold and stale, and the buns seemed to have been left out overnight. I won't be returning to this place. Very disappointing!

Subpar Service: The staff seemed disorganized, and the service was incredibly slow. I ordered a large vanilla shake through the drive-thru, but it was overflowing and dripping from the sides of the cup. When I brought this to the attention of the employee, she simply walked away from the window. On a positive note, the flavor of the milkshake was quite good.

This Jack's is in Lorna Rd Hoover, is a very clean place, and the employees provide great services ???? and the hamburgers ???? are delicious ????

I would love to give this location zero stars. The night crew lacks in customer service skills and the food is not fresh. My family just came through the drive thru tonight, there was not a single car in the line. It took awhile to get our food and itwas not even warm. I ordered a side of ranch, and this sauce is most definitely expired. I tried to call the restaurant to speakwith the manager about the expired ranch, and they will not answer the phone. The call is being cut after only a few rings. Thishas been an awful experience. Terribly disappointed, because the last time my family came to this location was for breakfast andthe food and service was great! Will absolutely not be wasting anymore money on the evening crew. Just awful.
