Baumhower's Victory Grille Vestavia Hills

I live half a mile from this restaurant. I ordered a Boss Burger to take home, but when I got back, I discovered that there was an issue with my order. Normally, I wouldn't complain, but this is the third time this has happened. To make matters worse, the fries were cold again. I keep returning because it's convenient, and I thought maybe it wouldn’t happen again this time. I was wrong. If you decide to go here, I recommend dining in so you can check your food and send it back if there’s a problem.

The bad attitude seems to start with the small, stout manager who doesn't seem to have a clue about running things. It feels like Baumhowers is willing to sacrifice both their profits and their reputation in Vestavia. Perhaps they should consider adjusting their attitude.

I typically enjoy dining at Baumhower. It has been a popular spot for my autistic son, who absolutely loves their mozzarella sticks. Initially, I wasn't a huge fan, but the friendly staff and the charm of the place have started to win me over. Baumhower has the vibe of a sports bar that serves good food, but I view it more as a place where my family and I can go to relax and have pleasant conversations, all while enjoying tasty dishes. Their beverage selection is also quite impressive.

They were great! Waitress was brilliant and very child-friendly the atmosphere was great and the food was really boiled to perfection in any case again I had the victory Burger and Pommes and was delicious!!

Have to say our server was the problem on today's visit. We basically after we ate our appetizer had to ask our server could we order our food. Don't know what was going on but all the servers were just hanging around on the counter talking. Our server was sleepy, she just kept yawning. Food was good, we did notice the portions were smaller. Maybe next visit will be better.
