Very pleasant little restaurant where we were received with simplicity. We enjoyed the kitchen, fine and well prepared. The foie gras is excellent as well as the intake salmon. We finished the meal with a gourmet coffee that we especially loved. We'll be back.

Superb restaurant! Value for money is more than reasonable given the quality of the dishes! The chief came to see us in the room as well as other customers, to find out if everything was perfect.. In addition, the establishment is clean! I really recommend Nuance to all those who wish to eat in a quiet, clean and quiet place

Several visits and never a disappointment. The food is excellent and in sufficient quantity, the menu changes regularly, we appreciate the wines (well advised) for all budgets. The atmosphere is elegant and comfortable. The couple of owners is adorable. To recommend warmly.
