Hotel Ibis - Versailles

This hotel is well located next to the train station. Rooms are small but standard. Breakfast is great !! And staff are very friendly and helpful. You won't be disappointed.

My wife and I arrived from Paris to Versailles and knew that eating before exploring the castle would be in our best interests for our budget. I happened to spy a very small buffet sign outside the Ibis hotel. Upon entering we discovered an awesome European breakfast buffet with fresh meats, cheeses, pastries, cereals, oatmeal, fruit and more! They also had fresh juices and a machine that could create anything from espresso to hot chocolate. We really enjoyed the meal and left stuffed! The service is friendly, although not effusive. This is a hidden gem for those on a budget. Breakfast for both was 21,00 Euro. (October 2016).

Took Rick Steve's advice and came here before Versailles for a cheap breakfast while we waited for the TI to open.

Didn't get a chance to stay here, only dropped in to the barWe were headed back to the train after a long day at Château de Versailles.
