Given its location (next to the arena), we expected it to be extremely expensive, but no, €4! Cooked fresh and tasted great, we are it in the park just up from the arena. Well worth a try.
It's maybe my impression but this year, fried pizza alternatives were added in the menus of Verona restaurants. I tried them for lunch since they are a little heavy for dinner. Tarantella is located very close to Arena, cooking good fried pizza with very acceptable prices. The staff is kind, the location is clean. You may give it a try if you are close by.
A very nice place to eat with a good selection of dishes to choose from the staff are helpful and the food is good quality.
La pizza fritta è ottima, i dolci sono golosi e c'è un bel giardinetto interno da cui si può vedere l'ala dell'Arena.
