We selected 5 courses from the winter menu that were anticipated by 4 excellent tastes of the chef as entree. Dark salmon, fried scampi, ovetto, risotto and branzino (the latter perhaps what in my opinion was the weakest dish accompanied by two wines selected by the young and prepared sommelier who exalted the dishes. The visit is worth. a well placed starry. all dishes of the degotation menu, with discreet excess flexibility, are excellent. Maybe the dessert doesn't hold the average, to be precise. service and suggestions excellent wines
