Albergo Uliveto - VEROLI

Our usual stop at Ceccano was full so we opted for Uliveto as a substitute.After a little confusion Re signage we found the hotel.What a wonderful setting, with views towards the Abruzzi and numerous olive groves.After negotiating reception around the back of the hotel we were shown to a large cool room with country views and a small balcony and wonderful olive wood parquet floors. We opted to eat in and were seated outside on a warm summers evening with olive trees around us .Service was prompt and the quality and quantity of the food superb.The house wine was very drinkable and the meal was finished with an amaro .The spaghetti vongole was particularly good with masses of vongole.Sunday ,our checkout day we breakfasted one a typical Italian style buffet breakfast which was generous and filling. On settling our bill we were allowed to keep our room until13-30 so a very pleasant morning was spent around the pool ,followed by a super lunch of crema di scampi risotto about and a large salad.The staff were at all times friendly and helpful and the the food was superb and excellent value. We want to go again

Been visiting this hotel over the last twelve years. Always a pleasure to eat here. The staff are wonderful, the food authentic and delicious, the location tranquil, the hotel spacious and clean. Would highly recommend this hotel/restaurant to anyone.

We stayed at this property enjoying the overall offer. Friendly staff and ready to welcome customer requests. Arrived on Friday evening, we had dinner at the restaurant trying two pizzas, vabbe non proprio Neapolitan, we should have ovviare on fish dishes also because all the nights are full therefore it is a point very appreciated by the locals. Spacious room even if with a somewhat antique furniture. wifi little effective, it was hard to navigate. we booked a standard double room compared to the double economy although reading the descriptions, the economy was equipped with bathroom with Jacuzzi. we assumed it was a mistake given the higher cost of the standard while probably the smaller economy is actually equipped with a hot tub. Clean room. Location with large parking, surrounded by greenery a few steps from veroli, a charming town located in altitude where you can enjoy a beautiful view.

A nice evening in this place that has nothing to envy to five-star structures. we ate out, in a nice spacious space, despite there was the possibility to eat even inside one of the restaurants present, but given the evening afosa better so. very nice pool and green with olive groves that make from perimeter to the whole estate. friendly and qualified staff, attentive to customer requests. very good dishes, well served and particular. definitely a restaurant that needs to be tried in degrees to fully grasp all the delicacies. recommended recommended
