Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Vero Beach

I visited this Popeyes for lunch and ordered a family meal along with two drinks and an extra side of coleslaw, making my total $42. When I asked the girl at the counter for some ranch dressing, she informed me it would cost $0.25 for each dipping sauce. I explained that I had just spent $42 on chicken and had to wait 20 minutes to receive it because this location is notorious for running out of chicken. She still insisted that I had to pay for the ranch. After the long wait, the chicken was so hot that it burned my mouth. I wouldn't recommend this place; it's a mess! It might be better to replace it with a KFC!

I visited this Popeyes on Sunday and returned on Tuesday. The food was delicious and served hot. The customer service was outstanding. I even recommended that the manager and her team go to the Titusville location to help improve ours. Kudos to the managers and staff at this location!

I was told the lobby was closed at 9:30. The site says it is open until 10. The manager Alize was rude in telling me that I couldn't get the spicy chicken that I had already paid for online. She told me that I had to take mild or cancel the order. Theyalso said that I couldn't get the desserts I had paid for because they had stopped selling them, although they are still on thedrive through menu. I have never been here before and I will never come back. I think I might call their cooperate office onthis. I am a restaurant manager and I am completely baffled at my treatment here. Save yourself the frustration and go someplaceelse.

I ordered a three-piece meal with all white meat and was charged for it, but I received two small wings with hardly any meat and a very small breast. Instead of cocktail sauce for my shrimp, I was given tartar sauce. Despite only one car being in front of me, I had to wait 25 minutes in the drive-thru. Apparently, I should feel grateful that the employee actually showed up to work.

Not sure what the issue is with this company but seems like always something. Ordered one spicy meal one not but neither marked so we had to guess...and got the sides wrong even though the employee repeted what I ordered. 2 stars because the chickenwas good.
