Panera Bread - Vero Beach

The next time a customer comes into Panera Bread tell Mary to go in the correct order as customers come in. It seemed racist to me to buy pass two people waiting in line of a African American decent to assist a Caucasian male. After I notified Mary we were skipped in line she decided to continue to take the other gentleman's order instead. I will never go back here again. What made it worse the Caucasian female waiting in line behind him saw what happened as well and she was very uncomfortable watching what had transpired. I just walked out of Panera Bread

What is so special about this place? It doesn't have good bread, and it is definitely not European. Is it the pandemic, or were the employees always uncaring? Spent almost $20 on a dry cold chicken sandwich (lettuce and unidentifiable crunchy things) with a bag of supposedly special potato chips. Snd 2 pecan pastries. Next time I will go to an unspecial Burger King.

Great food, I had the baja chicken bowl, DELICIOUS, Must try. Fast, friendly service.

I ordered a soup and the cashier told me they had no more baguette bread. I asked for a substitute, they said they cannot. As I stood their in amazement, I told the cashier to look behind her, as there were tons of baked bread behind her.. and asked why? THE WHOLE NAME OF YOUR COMPANY IS PANERA BREAD! She called the manager, Amanda who said they cannot substitute! WHAT!?!?! I asked Amanda to give me the name of her manager and corporate number, she replied to wait. She never returned.. Horrible service. It's like going to KFC and they tell you they have no chicken.

Service was real good as well as food. I'm visiting a family member, so came to grab breakfast for them. Thanks for such a good quality service.
