Mr Manatee's Casual Grille - Vero Beach

Mr. Manatess was a beloved spot for my family in the '90s, and I'm happy to report it remains a favorite. The atmosphere is fun and casual, and they serve the best corn fritters. Locals will appreciate these, as they remind me of what was offered at the Lobster Shanty. Plus, the view of the Indian River Lagoon is fantastic!

The restaurant features friendly staff, delicious food, and enjoyable music in a laid-back, stylish setting. The atmosphere is lovely, especially when seated on the veranda by the river. It's a fantastic spot for families with children as well as for adults looking for a good time! They also offer special deals on different days, such as 89-cent wings on Wednesdays, free meals for kids on Sundays, and Oyster Tuesdays, among others!

The restaurant is very dog-friendly. The food was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. I tried the blue cheeseburger, and it was the best I've ever had!

Shrimp smaller than what we use for fish baits. 1 scallop on a small plate. not cute. shave out the glasses. corn chips stale. salsa full water. lobster bisque cold. not fresh. oyster good. put on the bar if you want a good service. waitress bella did great work without back help.

Very pleasant and peaceful. Good food and service was.wonderful. our first visit there, although we had always meant to go. We would see it after leaving Jack Baily's, some years ago. We decided it was time, and found it enjoyable.
