Dunkin' - Vero Beach

Nine times out of ten I've had a good experience here. Edit* today I had an argument with Shay. After 26 years of working at Dunkin she still doesn't know the difference between latte and a cafe con leche. And she kept pronouncing it wrong. Their manual actually has the correct way but she refused to look and yet called another manager who then also gave the wrong information. Imagine running a business and not knowing the proper way to make the products. And instead of treating a daily customer respectfully to find out if you're wrong you argue with them. She thinks a cafe con leche is just a latte with sugar. But it's not. I couldn't imagine being at the same company for 26 years and still not know how to do my job properly. Yikes ? especially when your job is just making coffee. Lmao

It can take forever sometimes (But not always).Id there is Dunkin around, I must stop.

Coffees were great. Dog enjoyed the bacon. The girl at the drive through window couldn't hear us very well, however, smooth experience overall. Fast enough service.
