Tim Hortons - Vernon

My favourite Tim Hortons location in Vernon. The drive-thru is faster than any other location in town, and they always get my order right. At other locations, I often end up with coffee instead of tea and cream instead of milk...which is my worst nightmare!

I would like to give a special mention to Ted, one of the staff members at this restaurant. I am getting married next week and am pregnant, so I just wanted to enjoy my sandwich and tea. When my card wasn't working, Ted kindly offered to cover the cost. Timmies could use more employees like Ted, and I will always be grateful for the free meal. Thank you, Ted, for making my day. I will now be a loyal customer at this Timmies in the hopes of seeing Ted again.

Great service , polite and friendly staff, crispy chicken bacon wrap was so good.

The service at this restaurant is outstanding. The person at the drive-thru window is incredibly polite. I was impressed by their exceptional customer service.

Minutes. The staff was very disorganized and slow. I ended up leaving and going to another restaurant instead.
