Tim Hortons - Vernon

The service at this restaurant is outstanding. The person at the drive-thru window is incredibly polite. I was impressed by their exceptional customer service.

Consider incorporating the egg yolk into your breakfast sandwiches for added flavor.

Minutes. The staff was very disorganized and slow. I ended up leaving and going to another restaurant instead.

The manager, Mustfa, exceeded expectations. I have found that most Tim Hortons locations run out of their cheese tea biscuits in the morning, but when I called to see if they had any available, Mustfa went out of his way to make fresh ones for me to pick up. My sons had a similarly exceptional experience at the drive-thru last week, and Mustfa was there to provide outstanding customer service once again. I'm not sure if he is new to the team, but his level of service is unparalleled compared to other Tim Hortons locations. I highly recommend this particular location!

My favourite Tim Hortons location in Vernon. The drive-thru is faster than any other location in town, and they always get my order right. At other locations, I often end up with coffee instead of tea and cream instead of milk...which is my worst nightmare!
