Then, a woman informed me that I needed to use the kiosk to order, which I was reluctant to do because of the pandemic. They told me I would have to keep waiting if I wanted to order at the counter. This is simply ridiculous, so I decided to leave the restaurant. Additionally, I noticed that their combo prices are higher than at other Taco Bell locations. For instance, I recently bought a Combo 6 for $11.50 in Willimantic, but here it costs $13.50. The manager was not helpful either. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I won’t be coming back.
This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever visited. One day they're open at 9:00 AM, and the next day at 12:00 PM. I ordered three Crunchwraps, but they were missing the potatoes, and I wasn't informed about it beforehand. They still charged me full price. Today, they said they wouldn't open until 12:00 PM due to maintenance. It's always something different every day. I can't even count how many issues I've had at this Taco Bell. I recommend going to the one in Manchester or East Hartford instead.
Worst taco bell ever. The staff were extremely rude and completely messed up my order. There were several items missing and wrong. The stole like 30$ from me. Tried to call and talk to a Manger, no answer.
I walked in through the unlocked front door and tried to place my order at the kiosk, but a woman preparing food informed me that the inside was closed and I couldn't even order to go. Interestingly, there were still people dining inside the restaurant. The drive-thru line was extremely long, and I realized I would have had to wait too long to get served.
I placed an order Saturday 10/8/22 around 6:30. I discovered an item missing when the food was brought home. I called the restaurant and the woman who answered who only identified herself as the manager, said the employee that prepared the order saidit was at the bottom of the bag. I explained I would not have called if the item was in fact in the bag. This manager proceededto yell at me, saying if I was going to continue being disrespectful she would hang up the phone. She however did offer toreplace the missing item,but by then she had already yelled at me. I told her no thank you and expressed I didn 't feelcomfortable with this exchange. In light of her very unprofessional attitude, I have emailed Taco Bell. As of today, I have notreceived a reply. We will not be ordering from this establishment any longer.
