This restaurant was incredibly delicious...it almost made me want to miss my flight back to California! I was craving real authentic soul food while visiting here, and this place had everything I was looking for. I ordered the fried chicken, collard greens, squash casserole, candied yams, mashed potatoes, sweet tea, and peach cobbler. It was clear that everything was made with love! Special thanks to Becky for recommending the squash casserole – it was a standout dish! If you ever find yourself in Columbus, Mississippi, you have to give this place a try!

If you have visited this restaurant before, you'll know that it has a cozy, family-friendly atmosphere and serves delicious food. Whenever we pass through, we always love stopping in to enjoy a meal there.

I eat there when I visit my grandad, small town friendly good people good food. They usually get the catfish fillet plate I normally get the chicken. The salads are awesome too

The staff at this restaurant is very friendly, but the food is lacking in flavor and reminds me of what you might get at a nursing home. The limited seasoning and use of frozen or boxed convenience foods, like mac and cheese, make the meat and two dishes quite bland. However, the standout items are the cobblers, which come in various flavors such as peach, blackberry, strawberry, apple, sweet potato, and chocolate (my personal favorite). Overall, it's a budget-friendly option for a simple lunch.

I enjoy dining at this restaurant whenever I visit my grandmother. The small town atmosphere is welcoming, with friendly staff and delicious food. I usually order the welsfiletplatte which is always cooked to perfection. The salads are also excellent.
