Swain Brothers - Vernal

I absolutely love the vegetarian fajitas here! The service was exceptional for our dinner experience, and the atmosphere was delightful as well. I would rate the food, service, and ambiance all at 5 out of 5. For a meal, expect to spend around $20–30 per person. I highly recommend trying the Pasta Bar, Carrot Cake, All You Can Eat Steak, Raspberry White Chocolate Cheesecake, Cajun Chicken Pasta, Bacon Cheeseburger, Chowder, Garlic Bacon Burger, and Caramel Pecan Cheesecake. You won’t be disappointed!

The ribeye here is hands down the best in Vernal. The rolls are incredible too. Service: Dine-in. Price per person: $30–50.

The food was excellent! I ordered the blackened prime rib accompanied by a salad and mixed vegetables, and everything was quite delicious. The only downside was the horseradish that came with my meal; it didn't taste fresh at all, but luckily they provided me with two large containers of it. The salad was good, and the mixed vegetables were quite tasty, although it seemed like the chef really loves mushrooms, as about a third of the vegetable portion was thick slices of them. I had a couple of well-crafted drinks that were enjoyable, and we started with the buffalo cauliflower as an appetizer, which was fantastic. While the $11 price didn't offer a large portion, the flavor made up for it. The service was generally decent, although our waitress seemed a bit overwhelmed that evening. We are from Canada but were visiting some friends from Vernal. Everything overall was pretty good, however I understand it is a family run business but I was a little thrown off by the server's daughter who helped her serve us.
