We visited the Well Restaurant a few days ago, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The gentleman managing the front terrace did his best, but a promised "15-minute" wait turned into nearly 40 minutes. We were standing right there, watching our empty table sit untouched and uncleaned. The service was understandably slow, but the most disappointing part was that while the food was good, it wasn't exceptional enough to make up for the situation. Maybe if things return to "normal," it would be worth giving it another try.

Almost everything about our experience was bad, from beginning to end. we went there because my friend wanted a French toast. he is a pick-eating, so a 9-point menu is not really ding. first we wait good 15 minutes to get drinks. the people who came to us have found their way before us (they had also ordered an ice cream. So no reason to get it before. then my friend gets his orange juice and his spill from everywhere and there juice and cellulose over the glass. second disappointment, no more French toast. he commands something else, but gets the wrong order. I ordered the Kale-Ceasar (17$!! and it was really tasteless. sauce had no taste and there was nothing special about it. could make it home. then we ask for hot sauce, the waiters don't say hotter sauce? I set 2 stars and not 1, because we might have been really unhappy this day. Maybe I want to try it again.

We stopped at Well's for a quick brunch. I had the oyster mushrooms' dish and an iced latte to drink, while my husband got the french toast with a cappuccino. The meals were delicious and flavorful! Service was fast. I loved the vibe and will certainly go back!
