The restaurant offers both high quality and generous portions for a reasonable price. The atmosphere feels somewhat lacking, but the service is excellent. Overall, it is a great place for dinner with friends.

Wow, just wow! I am a big eater and the portions were huge and delicious. I will definitely be bringing my family here!

After passing in front of this enticing restaurant on my walks down Wellington St. in Verdun, QC, last Sunday night my wife and I decided to try it out for the first time. We sat down at a table in front of the window, and decided what to order. We started with the Beef Empanada, which we shared and very much enjoyed, along with the complementary bowl of tortilla chips and salsa, which was less liquid based and more the raw ingredients. Very tasty! Our main courses of Ceviche Pescado and Tacu Tacu Con Pollo were ordered from the Peruvian dish section. Excellent portion sizes left us well full with plenty of left-overs for later. Our waiter was very attentive and helpful. Great experience, highly recommended!

We had a lovely dinner at Augusto Al Gusto tonight. The roast chicken, the tacos with pork and pineapple, the soup, the French fries and the salads were excellent. With a generous glass of house wine, and tip included, the bill was about $20 per person. We'll be back soon to introduce our friends to this real find.

This restaurant is supposed to serve typically Peruvian food. It does not. However it is still worth a visit. The food is a mixture of central american culinary dishes: Mexican, Peruvian..etc The food is good, well prepared, the variety is interesting. Service is very good. And it is good value for the money. The Sangria is a must.
