We were party of 4 and chose 7 course dinner prepared by chef but unknown by guests. Food was delicate and refined. Excellent veal filet mignon. Exquisite dessert. Impeccable service. Thank you for a memorable evening!

Amazing, delicious, friendly, “écoeurant”. The perfect ending to a day spent in nature. The tartar were perfection, chowder was so satisfying, desserts to die for. Benoit and Stephan were such hospital hosts. Highly recommend.
Try 7 or 9 tasting menu, it's absolutely amazing! Also, bring two bottles of wine: white for fish and red for meat! You will be there for about of 2 hours, and you will enjoy each minute :
