Les Chamois - Verbier

After dining in a few locations in this area, and having a meal this evening, there are a few areas that really stand out. 1. The atmosphere is friendly, it’s well lit and people where engaging and honest (not like US service where it has no authenticity or English where people couldn’t care less about your business). 2. The food for the price was outstanding. The starters where fresh, the mains meat was cooked to perfection (sauce could have been a little more fragrant) and the veg was al dente with a lovely garnish sauce. 3. The dessert literally had me moaning which was embarrassing but Swiss Chocolate Fonant for me was world class. There are many options in Verbier, and if you are looking for a family friendly restaurant, without pertinacious attitudes and very good food/service you need to give this place a go.

A review of the restaurant, we were served the same piece twice even though we had already made the comment, he repeated the error and made us pay for both pieces without apologizing.

Food was amazing! If only for the food I would give this place a 5 star review. We had the cheese fondue and the Chateaubriand and it was all cooked perfectly. The service unfortunately brought down the review to a 3. We had to flag someone down every time we needed something. Took us almost 3 hours to eat a dinner for 2 people. Unfortunate for a place that came so highly recommended from our hotel concierge.
