Cafe Restaurant Les Ruinettes - Verbier

Arrived on the terrace, the site is beautiful. the tables being complete, a server offers us to eat at a high table, no problem. We order 2 hamburger, one arrives cold, we send him back to the kitchen and return 10 minutes later. a 31.- the hamburger was good but nothing exceptional. the staff is more there to show themselves, to make the pans with their sunglasses, rather than being effective. a gentleman who arrived at our table 10 minutes after us, canceled his order after 1h and went back stredouille after claiming 3 or 4 times from several servers or staff member (the girl at the reception who serves no purpose).

This is a well situated cafe restaurant with a variety of offerings inside. There is a restaurant, self service cafe, a crep spot and a coffee drinks offer. A few tables inside but more seating outside. We took lunch here on three days skiiing over Christmas and certainly not the cheapest food we have every eaten by comparison with other mountain restaurants it was pretty good value. The food is well served, hot and plentiful. We tried the pizza, chicken nuggets, lasagne, soups, salads and donuts. As an example chicken nuggets worked out around 20 Swiss francs. So pricey but less than other spots. Toilets inside are easily accessed and the views from the outside desk are fantastic. Because it is so close to a major lift spot it can get pretty busy. An early lunch and for us on our visit the cafe was open at 1145am and was a life saver.

Wir sind in dieser Woche 3 Mal zum Abendessen hierher gekommen, weil es so lecker war. Ich wollte bedient werden und der Prozess war einfach und schnell, perfekt für ein schnelles Mittagessen.

Es ist ein zauberhafter Ort mit einer herrlichen Aussicht. Der Service und das Essen sind gut. Man kann draußen sitzen und das schöne Wetter genießen. Die Schokolade zum Kaffee ist unglaublich lecker.

Angekommen auf der Terrasse, ist der Ort wunderschön. Da die Tische voll waren, schlug uns ein Kellner vor, an einem hohen Tisch zu essen, kein Problem. Wir bestellten 2 Hamburger, einer kam kalt an, wir schickten ihn zurück in die Küche und er kam 10 Minuten später zurück. Für 31 Euro war der Hamburger gut, aber nichts Besonderes. Das Personal ist eher da, um sich zu zeigen, mit Sonnenbrillen herumzulaufen, anstatt effizient zu sein. Ein Mann, der 10 Minuten nach uns an unseren Tisch kam, stornierte seine Bestellung nach 1 Stunde und ging leer aus, nachdem er 3 oder 4 Mal bei verschiedenen Kellnern oder Mitarbeitern reklamiert hatte (das Mädchen am Empfang, das nutzlos war).
