Spring Garden Chinese - Ventura

We came out of town and ate dinner here after the piano evening of my Niece and Nephew. Parking was a breeze, a lot of rooms in the common room. The staff was very nice and accommodating from the beginning to the end (they continued during the meal). We had a party of 11... and from the 11 we had 6 children with us, so it kept the servers on their toes. They did a good job, with orders, changes, filling drinks, additional napkins, etc. We ordered many different menu items and the food was very good or better than what we are used at our favorite Chinese place at home. What made it really great was the quality of the meat that it used. Sometimes I get gristle or chewing bits in pieces of chi ken or beef not here! Each piece of chicken and beef I had was tender and perfectly cooked. I'm sure we'll be back!

My family went to eat while I was at work, did they bring me food home? for the ridiculous price, I thought I would get good food, it was absolutely horrible, so tough. I felt like eating gum.

Large Lunch Combos, Fast Service (big for jury duty)

Extremely expensive and not enough staff, so if someone eat there, it can take twice as long as they say for your Togo order. You're the only place in the county that makes Chow Fun and my friend says it well. So... can't really complain. The lady is beautiful too.

Their food is good but the main older waitress looks at me funny if I ask if there is a military discount. You can say no. Quite pricey, last choice for me.
