I attempted to place an order with LC Imports, but their phone kept ringing without any answer, no matter how many times I tried. I then went to their website to order online and was redirected to Grubhub through the LC Imports site. I called the number listed, and Grubhub took my order and charged my credit card. However, LC Imports later informed me that they don’t actually handle online orders and had no record of my order. This was a complete disaster. LC Imports really needs to improve their processes and cut ties with Grubhub. Unfortunately, this experience has made it clear that we won’t be dining at LC Imports again.

I was really let down! I chose this place based on the reviews since we were visiting from out of town. There was no delivery available due to a lack of staff, which I can understand. I ordered a thick crust pizza, and the staff even confirmed that with me before handing over my order. However, the pizza turned out to be paper-thin! Overall, it was quite mediocre, regardless of the crust. The wings were excessively salty—so salty that they were almost inedible. On a positive note, the antipasto salad was good. Unfortunately, we won't be returning! I should have suspected it wouldn't live up to expectations when all the other places on Main St. were bustling, while this one was empty.

Why even advertise on Grubhub if you aren't ever accepting orders? Every single time I try to order you immediately cancel and close shop. Like f just grow out the damn Grubhub app if your that dedicated to not getting any business.

This is the best bargain and best kept secret in Ventura. I've eaten there several times and enjoyed their delicious sandwiches, including French dip and Chicken Hoagie. The six inch sandwich is about $7 and is plenty for lunch. They also have pizza, which I haven't tried yet. The restaurant is a couple doors down from the movie theater. There are tables and a counter to sit at inside, and a counter outside to watch the people on Main Street go by while you eat. Two suggestions for the owners. First, move the door to the front so people walking down Main Street can see it and realize there's a restaurant there. Second, change the name. LC Imports sounds like an import-export business, not a restaurant, and is hard to remember. (I guess LC stands for La Canada, where they started. I'd like you to stay in business so I can keep going there!
