Carl's Jr. - Ventura

We get the Famous Star all the time. The employees here are very nice. Only thing, there was a step van in front of me who obviously ordered for several others in their vehicle so it took a lot longer than normal. I think it would be better if they went inside to place their order. They could have gotten 3 cars or 5 by the time they were done. Just saying..

I had a visit to this Carl's Jr. in Ventura, and I have a couple of complaints. First, the young cashiers seem unsure about making change. For example, when my bill was $19.34 and I handed over $20.04, they just looked confused. Second, I ordered what I thought was a larger burger for my husband—the Beyond Burger—only to find out later that it’s not made from real meat. This wasn't mentioned on the menu, and my husband was quite disappointed, while I was not pleased either. If it’s not real meat, it should be clearly stated on the menu—it's really that simple!

Carl's is my favorite of all the fast food burger places.

My visit was quite satisfactory. It took about five minutes for anyone to take my order, as the only person at the counter was also managing the drive-thru. However, placing my order went smoothly, and my food was prepared fairly quickly. Previously, this Carl's Jr. was the worst location I had visited, with an unpleasant odor and unfriendly staff. Fortunately, they've made improvements—the place is cleaner now, and the employees seem much friendlier. Overall, they’ve made significant progress in the right direction.
