Very unhappy with our experience. We sat there for a long time and NO ONE helped us take our order. Not even our drink order. So we got up and left. I'd understand if they were busy. But it was a slow day for her. So there's no excuse.

Honestly, I just come to this place for the free Dodger Pizza. The service is TERRIBLE! Let me repeat TERRRIBLE!!!!!!! I guess they assume they haven't gone, a good tip or whatever, but they'll totally ignore you. Now I'm on several occasions anyway. 3 of the 5 times I didn't even go bread that everyone gets. You take my order to disappear. It was so bad that I came in one night, it was literally that I was another person in the restaurant and the girl brought me a cold pizza. LITERALIA! What happened? I had to make her buy a free pizza! Now she's wasting money for bad service. I'll keep coming for the free pizza. I honestly cannot recommend this place in faith. One day I went there to pick up an order, one of the managers ignored me standing there and asked everyone else if they wanted to drink while they wait. Really? I'm curious if it's a SKIN thing. I didn't have any confrontations with anyone to see me on the sideways. I'm good for good service. The hell the two people who gave me bread, I tipped on a free check like $2. This is my assessment of this establishment, and I think that they can use a lot of training in the service. Never wants someone to lose a job or something. I would just work out better so that these kind of reviews do not happen!
