Wendy's - Venice

I waited for 20 minutes while driving through and could never order. the dame who worked there came again and again to the microphone and said we will be with them at a moment. I heard someone screaming and fighting in the background. the man in the car in the window has never got to eat and she has never taken my order. this was on December 30, 2021 between 1230 130 pm.

We stopped for lunch at 11:15 today. we got two single cheeseburgers that were not hot and the bun seemed old. I have been going to Wendys restaurant for decades. These were the worst sandwiches I haver ever gotten from Wendys.

Stupid place. Doesn’t open until 9am, also doesn’t put a sign on the door saying it’s drive though only. I have a 10’ tall vehicle and just want some food. So I got here at 830 waited for a locked door. I can’t even use the app and park in the space because it’s drive through pick up only. Nobody else at the store but I can’t get served. So instead of a fed customer, this business gets a bad review. If you want customers, make it easy otherwise they will go elsewhere.

At 6:58pm after waiting in line for 15min a Wendy’s associate came on stating that her register was closed when I asked what time they closed she started yelling profane things at me and asking if I understood English. I have NEVER in my life encountered an associate that would do such a thing and treat someone that way. I do NOT recommend coming to this establishment at all.

Very disappointed. Venice FL Didn't have grilled chicken. Closed early 7pm and was told because due to lack of staff
