Venice Wine Coffee Co

We took a friend on their first visit to this restaurant. We enjoyed some wine, and the special coffee of the day was Cuban, which was absolutely delicious. I appreciated the wide variety of gourmet products displayed at the front of the shop.

I had a negative experience at this restaurant. The customer service was rude and I do not plan on returning. Venice has plenty of other friendly cafés that I will be giving my business to instead. I will also be sharing my experience with others.

This restaurant has excellent coffee and wine, along with many other options. They can put together a birthday basket for you with your choice of wine, cheese, popcorn, and other goodies, and ship it to your chosen location. It's a fantastic coffee and wine shop. We make sure to stop by every time we're in Venice. The outdoor seating area is lovely, with beautiful flowers all around.

Not the best ice America I had was served in a polystyrene cup. Service was super friendly.

Horrible customer service !! Went in to get a latte, I was asking questions about the sizes and milk to a old heavy sized woman with grey hair probably around 70’s. She told me to look at the menu. I could tell she didn’t have much patience to start with. Because she didn’t have the espresso shot glasses in the proper place the espresso was spilling over , I brought this to her attention and she flipped out blaming me for her mistake… Asking me to leave yes that’s right ..My husband has bought a lot of wine from this store needless to say we won’t be back . We went to black gold and was treated like gold !! Stay away !!
