Przekaż informację zwrotnąIt's been over a year since my last visit to Smoothie King. In the past, you would place your order at the bar as you entered and then pay at the register. However, now the process has changed—you order at the register and pick up your smoothie at the bar. I wasn't aware of this new system, and I was told rather ungraciously that I would have to wait in line (which consisted of just one person in front of me). While I was waiting, I thought they were chatting, and although I generally don’t let a single negative experience ruin my day, some people do. The staff member could've communicated this more politely before attempting to be friendly afterward. Because of the service, I can only give this visit 2 stars. On the bright side, my smoothie was quite good.
Eventually, they handed me two smoothies in a four-slot to-go carrier and told me to have a good day. However, upon delivering the order to my customer, they realized there were two additional smoothies missing. I tried calling Smoothie King back, but the phone rang for several minutes without anyone picking up. When I finally got through and mentioned the missing smoothies, they responded as if they had informed me about it earlier, which was not the case. As I was leaving, I spoke to another gentleman at the shop, but the two women simply looked away and chose not to acknowledge me. It would have been polite for them to say something like, "Hold on, we have two more for you," but that didn't happen. It was very frustrating to receive my order with the expectation that there were two more smoothies, only to find out I was given incomplete information. I also tried to ask for the name of one of the girls who had helped me, but she hung up instead. One of the girls had glasses with various piercings, while the other appeared mixed-race; they were the only two working that morning. It's disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and respect in service, which seems prevalent among the younger generation today.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with my smoothie order. Despite specifically requesting a strawberry banana peanut butter smoothie, I received an angel food smoothie instead. Upon expressing my concern, I was blamed for supposedly not ordering correctly. It's disheartening to be blamed for a mistake that wasn't mine. I believe clear communication is essential in any service industry, and I hope my feedback helps improve the overall customer experience
