Italiano's Pasta Pizza Parlor - Venice

We had great service from the waitress. We asked for Alfredo sauce on pasta and it was delicious. Garlic knots are big and great. Plain cheese pizza was good too. Bruschetta in the photo.

Being from New York and of Italian descent, I know a good pizza place and this IS NOT one; not even close. Extremely generic, smelled cheap (the restaurant, not just the pizza) and pizza was bland and soft with bland sauce and cheap cheese.

They have the best calzones! Quality real Italian recipes makes all the difference.

We went here a few weeks ago for lunch since were in the Venice area, and I loved the calzone. I?m extremely difficult to please with Italian food, having Italian grandparents straight off the boat and growing up in the NY/NJ area, surrounded by Italians. Their marinara on the pasta wasn?t horrible either. The chicken parmigiana was standard chicken breast rolled in Italian bread crumbs and fried. Nothing special, and it needed more mozzarella. But, that calzone was awesome.

I got a pepperoni calzone and I loved it they don't usually make these it seems it was a special occasion but the calzone was huge about the size of half a full size pizza and he small was amazing the bread by itself was really good verry garlic and butter but it was not supper greasy like calzones usually are absolutely 10/10 People here are mostly friendly too
