Dunkin' - Venice

Only the drive-thru was open, the lobby area was closed. The manager explained that they were understaffed and very apologetic.

Ordered a large hot caramel latte from the driveway. after I left and took one, it was nothing but American coffee with a small cream and caramel in it. I paid almost $6 for water and coffee. that's not the only dunkin that did this. I begin to think that it is targeted and not done from lack of training. 5/23/22 20:30.

Jenna was very rude. They forgot part of our order and my drink was wrong. I let her know and she remade it after giving me attitude and then made it completely wrong the second time.

This Dunkin Donuts location is consistently disappointing. They never seem to improve. Despite not being very busy, they still can't seem to pay attention to getting orders correct. I asked for 2 creams and 3 sugars in my coffee, but it came out looking more like milk and was watery. It was like drinking water with a hint of coffee. I also requested a donut, but it took them 5 attempts before they finally got it right.

I placed a mobile order for the drive-thru here and it went smoothly. They have a couple of tables for outdoor seating.
