Basilicorosso Venezia

We had not booked and the restaurant was obviously busy. The waiter Fernando was so helpful. We managed to get a table with a sea view which was fantastic. Fernando was so helpful with recomendations for wine and food. The guy speaks really good English and has the sense of humour of a Yorkshire man. Unhurried but amazing service. We were visiting for 6 days and this was the best restaurant we had been to. No cover charge which others do. I would recommend this to anyone. The food and ambiance is well worth the visit.

The host, and then Fernando, our waiter provided excellent service. We got there before it opened but they allowed us to sit a table overlooking the ocean. Fernando was very accommodating and satisfied all of our special requests. He even recommended another restaurant on the island where we went the next night and that was fabulous also! How many businesses do you know would recommend you go to their competition?!
