We were there for a wedding. There was air conditioning in the rooms, but not at all in the restaurant downstairs. A piece of fan was laid out, there was a fight over which way it should be turned. It was very hot the whole time. Maybe because of this, the staff was very grumpy, they didn't smile at all, they took it seriously when we asked for something.
