Memu - Vejle

We tried MeMu Catering's New Year Menu. After the first irritation had put (to be in line on a wrong specified address in Torvegade instead of Orla Lehmansgade) the rest turned to keep all the way. MeMu is so definitely worth a visit! I have stayed a part year in Vejle, but have primarily visited restaurants in other Denmark. It is obviously a big mistake! The evening visit to MeMu was very nice local, ambiance, serving and fantastic food. Here you really taste the difference between a Michelin Guide and Michelin Star restaurant. The dishes were crisp, perfectly coordinated and the serving. The price is absolutely! reasonable end of the scale I wanted to pay more for this experience. MeMu has my warmest recommendation, I look forward to a reunion!

Absolute perfection. A very humble, relaxed environment where each course overtakes the last, served by experienced individuals, passionate about the food they were served.

Got Saga menu with lots of delicious servings. A few of the servings were not top, so therefore not 5 stars, but overall a really good experience that is recommended
