La Gabare - Vayrac

Lovely setting, massive portions and great tasting food. Play park and swimming pool available too. Hidden gem, but very popular so best to book!

Around here it’s very hard to get a proper vegetarian meal, however La Gabare has the best vegetarian burger i’ve ever had! There is also a vegan salad and a camembert salad (just remove the ham). Also huge servings.

We were looking for good food after a day by the River Dordogne and we weren't disappointed. The waitress was very busy but our food still came quickly and was delicious! We only had a main course but even with drinks it cost just €70! Beautiful setting too, well worth a visit even for drinks!

We were lucky enough to be squeezed in here for an early dinner, the food and service were excellent and reasonably priced. If you want to take your time over dinner (it's a lovely setting) then book in advance.

Très bon restaurant au bord de la Dordogne. Service très agréable. L'entrée fois gras était délicieuse. Assiette très copieuse. Très bonne soirée en amoureux.
