I would give this Afghan place a stars on an overall bases. First impression when getting in... small place with nice seating arrangements. Take a menu and once decided you will have to order and wait a bit for the food as its cooked...fresh. Food wise the price looked decent and I went with Double Kabob meals : Kabuli Kabob comes with Chicken Chaplee. So you get types of kabab with rice, and salad. The kababs were very nice and taste, and the food was fresh and hot. The service was good, there were enough seating and Parking. For my Muslim bro and sis They serve Halal meat. P.S. There owner was nice enough to run out after us in the car as my friend had forgotten the phone on the table. We were literally driving by and he yelled to us. Good thing we didn't have to come back.
Friends met here upon the suggestion of one of us who had been here a few times. We were hoping this would replace an Afghan spot Kabul Farms Restaurant Wilson) that we loved that closed a few years ago. We all shared many...appetizers and dishes. Aushak (leek dumplings topped with special Afgahni yoghurt sauce, ground beef sauce and steamed vegetables) weren't my thing, as I don't care for leeks, or the texture of steamed dumpling. The veggie meat sambosas were fine, not spectacular, as was the salata. The kabobs tika, tandoori, grilled chicken, and lamb were nice, especially the tandoori and grilled chicken. The kofta was a bit dry, not moist. The qabali was fine, not too flavourful though. The naan was a thick variety, I was disappointed since I was hoping it would be the light airy type. The prices are quite reasonable. But, I'm still looking for more flavourful memorable dishes.
The restaurant itself is difficult to find, but as soon as they find it, they will be excellently surprised. the menu itself is beautiful and the restaurant has been beautifully designed, its absolutely beautiful. the menu has a variety and includes a lot of food... pieces that they do not often find in other afghani restaurants. her mantu was tasteful. her kabobs was moist and delicate with a lot of amazing taste and taste. the rice was boiled properly and they give a possibility, authentic caabali rice (with sweet carrots and raisons on rice) or the other pure rice I like. my family cannot get enough of their bolani, so good and fresh. defend them all to visit this place! the stars took the picture from their facebook page
After my fifth visit write a review here. this place is like bamiyan kabob, but better, with authentic taste, more variety, and although bamiyan quality is great, this location quality is even better. grilled chicken, mantoo, chopan cabbage and a few others are. note, they always take their time to bring them the food, but that is also Indian for quality.
