South St. Burger - Vaughan

The burgers at this South St. Burger location as at other South St. Burger location I have been are excellent as is the New York Fries. Speaking of fries, the fries alone with the trip! The service at this location is very good, and the...place clean.

I went shopping and got hungry so I decided to grab a hamburger. I trusted my gut and made the right choice - you have to try the jerk burger, it is very good.

I want to start by saying that I have always been a big fan of South St. Burger. However, today I had one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I ordered the new southern fried chicken sandwich and it tasted good until I realized it was undercooked, with raw chicken. As I am 8 months pregnant, this was a huge concern for me. I brought it to the cashier's attention and he offered to make me a new sandwich, but I was already feeling too unsettled to accept it. The manager did not even bother to apologize or speak to me, which was very disappointing. They served me raw chicken and showed no empathy towards my situation. I am completely speechless and disgusted by their handling of the situation. It was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I took a picture of the raw chicken sandwich for reference.

Not the best burger, or at least when I had eaten there, it wasn't this day.

That is a very flat and wide restaurant. the service was friendly and fast. they had 3 people who worked the tore for the Burger orders. there were table and opposite seats. I had the mushroom and the Swiss Burger combo. it costs $13,40 tax. the opposite, where the burger prepared with blows, everything was free except the additional cheese.
