I placed an order through Tordash, but two burgers were missing from my order. When I contacted the restaurant, they said they didn’t know what happened and that they don’t have a system in place to check. It seemed like they didn’t care about their customers at all. I would recommend staying away from this place!

The lady working this afternoon on front counter was too rude. She has not respect for customers.She should be removed honestly. She is bad representation of the brand.

The new older thin woman working here should be fired quite honestly. She is bad representation of the brand. She thinks her position holds any power and she’s on a trip with it. If you order with delivery companies be prepared to wait because these people at the restaurant don’t prioritize your order, therefore drivers decline or drop the orders rather than waste their time.This woman cashier took it to the next level and refused to serve the door dash driver the order that was waiting there for 5 min getting cold Driver waited their turnWas there before any other clients that she chose to serve instead … even though even they said “driver was here before us “In the age of tolerance… this woman has noneObviously, she doesn’t like her job or she would be doing it betterI see now why this Mac Donald branch is always emptyIf you’re a driver …. Not so fast on the service…. 15 mins for a muffin and coffee! In the restaurant, not even in the drive through and this is at 10:45 am! The terrace is always full, you cannot sit not à fun place to go anymore. This McDonald’s went down in business. To many kids just sit and take up to much room for nothing nowadays. Sorry McDo!You were my 2nd job, you lost the 2 3 min wait time in line training I got. And we use to make everything, nowadays it’s all prepared for you!
