Had the egg and sausage croissant to start our road trip this morning. Holy cow, it was amazing. My taste buds still sing. The best croissant I've ever had. I have another Macaroon for later. Yum!

On a crazy mood I took the ferry from Fauntleroy and went the five miles from the dock to town. So I was really in need of a beautiful savory snack. This bakery is amazing as well as everything we have in the mainland Seattle. I'd say it's worth the trip!

This place is great! The pounds I put on are a witness to the quality of food, atmosphere and fabulous staff. We are lucky to have attracted such a talented entrepreneur, and we hope that she will remain forever. My favourites: a tie between the savory bread Putting and each of the mochi cakes – so good!
