Earthen Bistro - Vashon

Absolutely great. I always love a cooking table and that was one of the best. With an interesting selection of flavors, and a wine pairing fit to any dish (which I did not know would be included what an amazing bonus). The execution of food and service was perfect. I love the minimalist decor and soothing music. If you're lucky to eat here, don't give up the chance. I wanted to make a picture of food, but it was so delicious I was in, but I managed to get a picture of the dessert that had rosemary whipped cream (only a small example how creative the food is)

Wonderful kitchen table. Would recommend in a heartbeat. Thanksgivingly presents delicious food and wine pairings in a wonderfully wrench environment. Probably the best price menu I had in the Puget Sound.

Amazing local Vashon island source food. Great terrace to sit outside in summer. Friendly staff. Good wine selection. We have three courses of food. Started with a salad and a cheese and meatboard. The main dishes are fantastic. Really delicious fresh made pasta. You can also order these as small portions for children. Very recommended. Perfect visit for a day on the island.

I love this restaurant!!! It was nice and the staff was super friendly and courteous! We ordered their baguette with blue cheese and peach, mushroom risotto and blackberry gateau. I didn't have so delicious food so long!!! We ordered it. The restaurant has no food for Covid. If they offer Dine-in, this would be a great place for a dinner date! If you are in Vashon Island, visit this restaurant!!

The Earthan Bistro is amazing. We found this place while exploring Vashon Island. We started with their fresh pastries. These were light, and by far the best we have had here in Seattle. I had the Chanterelle Mushroom Hash and Michael had the Salmon Croquette. Both these dishes were exquisite. It took a long time to get our meal, but it is definitely worth the wait. The chef is a real artist. This was one of the finest meals I’ve experienced in years. And it was breakfast. Awesome.
