Great food and above all nice staff. Very nice. The food was well composed. The wine for the various dishes was well suited.

Deceptive practices, without excuses. We had booked a room three months in advance. 10 minutes before arrival we received a phone call from the hotel to ask if we would still come by. Although we checked in on time (before 8 pm), our room was already assigned to other guests. We didn 't get the quality we ordered. We were put up in the 'dog quarters ', a decrepit building that smelled horribly of wet dog. The reason was that they were fully booked. We had made reservations 3 months in advance. The receptionist was not surprised by our complaint but reacted rather resigned: the rooms may differ from the photos and that they could not do anything because they were full . Although people checked in later who were allowed to stay in the main building. We insisted on getting a different room the second night and had to talk to the receptionists three times. The second day we finally got what we were entitled to. In the end, the receptionist admitted that the second room was of better quality than the first. We have also asked for compensation but have not even received an apology yet. A voucher for the restaurant or a drink was not possible. The dog quarter really no longer meets current standards in terms of safety and hygiene and should be closed. I feel sorry for dog owners who still have to pay extra for this horrible building!

A great place. The service was very accommodating and helpful. A modern room with a few extras and a view of your own bikes sweetened your stay. There is a small green area that invites you to take a walk after a 3-course meal in the in-house restaurant. A large breakfast buffet offers a lot of variety. The hotel receives a great recommendation! Rooms: We got an extra room in sight of our motorbikes, that was a great service. Coffee and tea with a kettle were available free of charge in the room itself. The modern bathroom was very clean. Nearby activities: With a walk of just under an hour to the third largest lake in Europe you can explore a little of Swedish small town life and discover small highlights along the way. Food drinks: An excellent restaurant invites you to get to know each other. A very friendly service and the great view are worth a visit.

Unfortunately, our stay did not live up to our expectations. The hotel charged us twice. Sometimes it goes wrong, but we would have liked the staff to show more willingness to solve this quickly and smoothly. Instead, we had to wait to get our money back. We stayed in one of the rooms where dogs were allowed. It is absolutely not recommended. The room had a significantly lower standard than the room that was advertised. The cleaning wasn't the best either. Rooms: Low standard, responsive, poorly cleaned.
