While others rave about Buosi Gelati, I've only visited Varese in the cold months, and I don't really go for ice cream when it's below 10C (50F) degrees. But the best drink for a nippy morning or afternoon is a Buosino- a thick chocolate/coffee concoction served with a bit of whipped cream and a chocolate spoon. It is utterly addictive, and if anyone has a recipe on how to make it at home, please please please message me!!

It 's a reference for breakfast in the downtown, the cappuccino is perfect and especially the staff listens to the orders, thus avoiding that one burns itself after asking a lukewarm cappuccino something increasingly rare.
