I've never heard that before. the homemade brot, both brown and white, was tasty as the amuse bouche served by brandade and taralli unusually on a black and white stone. we chose both the turbot (rombo), which was again unusually served in glued wicker baskets, the fish between the wein leaves with the mushrooms and carrots in the basket below. our waitress, marta, who helped make the evening as interesting as interesting, found us a bottle gavi (not on the wine list.) of the available desserts we chose orange cake with pistachio cream and brandy snap, and white chocolate mousse with passion fruit. after that, we had coffee and cameillete; the bill was e100. we have the meal despite or perhaps because it was interesting and not the usual." we sat down shortly after 8 o'clock and the right meal came about an hour later. not the smoothest restaurant, but we found it pleasant and interesting" by martas attitude and the fact that her English was better than our Italian.
Eating is fantastic from the look of the appearance and taste. the price is something on the higher side, but its worth the money.
This is part of the art hotel, they will definitely enjoy the relaxed yet elegant atmosphere. make sure that they are one of their appetizers, maybe in their trendy bar
We eat here regularly and very much enjoy the excellent food, wine and service. It's not cheap but offers excellent value for money, considering the quality. It's a lovely place for a romantic night out, but also for a business meeting or a family get...together. In the summer you can eat outside in the lovely garden or enjoy one of the regular jazz evenings. It's right in the centre of town but is quiet and secluded with a guaranteed parking space.
Had two dinner times here when we stayed in the hotel, it is in. we had a not so great experience with the hotel, but the saving gnade was il pravello. it was extraordinary eating and the loved ones who manage it, who earn...big credit for a friendly service. I hope that one day I can return to varese and enjoy their hospitality again....Bravo!
